|Bob Encinosa, DVM (owner, veterinarian)|
Dr.Bob Encinosa was born in Valrico, Florida and graduated from Brandon High School in 1980. He received his doctorate from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. He founded Boyette Animal Hospital on November 5, 1990.
Dr. Bob and his wife, Cheri, were married in 1988 and have three children, Matthew, Sarah, and Ellie. They share their home with 2 dogs: Dixie and Lilly, 5 cats: Oliver, Harry, Mimi, Jasmine, and Jack Black, and a chinchilla: Cheekie.
Dr. Bob’s hobbies include fishing, mountain biking, guitar, banjo, snow skiing, water sports, archeology, paleontology, and history. He teaches a mixed martial arts class and holds black belts in Judo and Okinawan Karate. He is very active in the education of children and enjoys talking to groups on a variety of subjects.

|Steve Harris, DVM (veterinarian)|
|Dr. Steve Harris graduated from Auburn University in 1984. He practiced veterinary medicine in Montana, South Dakota, Kentucky, Georgia, and the Florida Keys. He joined the staff of Boyette Animal Hospital in October of 2000. Dr. Steve’s major interests outside of work are diving and fishing.|
|Michelle Ferrera, DVM (veterinarian)|
|Dr. Michelle Ferrera graduated from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in Ithaca, New York in 1993. She has been mostly in private practice since then, both in Plant City and Lutz, Florida, although she also spent two and a half years employed at Hillsborough County Animal Services. She enjoys providing medical and surgical care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small mammals, and has some experience with small ruminants and pot belly pigs. In a nutshell, two hundred pounds or less, four legs or less, no primates, and nothing venomous.
Dr. Ferrera lives in Riverview and has been married to her wonderful husband Frank for over thirteen years, and is the mother of two daughters, Natalie and Julie. She works part-time as a veterinarian so that she can be a full time mom. Dr. Ferrera also shares her home with a dog: Mixie, six cats: Perry, Motor, Minnie, Oreo, Red, and Greycliff, a parrot: Noodle, a leopard gecko: Felix, a bearded dragon: Rango, three hermit crabs, two bettas, and a tank of danios and tetras.
|Rochelle Campbell, DVM (veterinarian)|
Dr. Campbell is a 2003 graduate of Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. She also attended Auburn University as an undergraduate student and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Zoology prior to attending veterinary school. Dr. Campbell is the current president of the Hillsborough County Veterinary Medical Society and is a native of Tampa. She currently practices in Riverview. Her interests outside of veterinary medicine include spending time with family and friends and travelling.
|Geoff Gardner, DVM (Veterinarian)|
|Dr. Geoff was born and raised in Lakeland Fl where his father established a veterinary practice in 1958. Growing up around veterinary medicine was a great influence on his decision to pursue an education through the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Florida.
Dr. Geoff married his high school sweetheart, Lisa, and they recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary. He has two children, Jameson and Ashley, and two grandchildren, Sarah, 5, and Parker, 2. His greatest passion is his family, whether it is catching up on all the classic films with his daughter, taking the grandkids to the park, or camping and diving with his son, he never passes up an opportunity to spend time with family! Dr Geoff practiced in Lakeland prior to joining the Boyette Animal Hospital family.
|Sarah Hilario, DVM (veterinarian)|
Dr. Sarah Hilario joined Boyette Animal Hospital in 2008 after graduating from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Finance in 2005 from Ohio State. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and a board member of the Hillsborough County Veterinary Medical Association. She also provides medical care for animals in need of a forever home at C.A.R.E. animal rescue in Ruskin, Florida. She enjoys attending local and national continuing education events each year and her clinical interests include preventative care, feline medicine, dentistry, and internal medicine. Outside of the office, Dr. Sarah enjoys running, going to the beach, being involved in her church, and spending time with her family. She shares her home in Riverview with her husband and three extremely spoiled pets, including two cats, Tommy Twigs and Mommy, and one Shih Tzu mix named Jasmine.
|Amanda Esposito, DVM (Veterinarian)|
Dr. Amanda Esposito was raised in Tampa, FL and graduated from Armwood High School. She received her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science from the University of South Florida, while also working as a technician in a small animal hospital. Dr. Esposito attended veterinary school at Ross University in St. Kitts and completed her clinical training at the University of Florida. She has an interest in canine and feline internal medicine, dermatology, and preventive medicine. Dr. Esposito joined Boyette Animal Hospital in June 2015.
|Damen Muller, DVM (Veterinarian)|
Dr. Damen Muller graduated from the University of Edinburgh- Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies. He has an interest in small animal and equine orthopedics.
Outside of work, Dr. Damen enjoys ten pin bowling, baseball, and traveling.
He shares his home with Rhodie, the Rhodesian Ridgeback, Venice, a calico cat, and Oscar, a Chihuahua/Terrier mix.
